Northbridge was retained by a private equity group with ownership in multiple independent senior living assets nationwide.

These assets were challenged with significant and consistent occupancy lows and lost revenue. While sales and marketing were identified as major contributors to weak performance, Northbridge assessed its operations and identified trouble areas in onsite leadership capabilities, physical plant operations, and missed opportunities in capturing ancillary revenue.

Upon completion of the audit, Northbridge was retained to work with the equity group’s operator to implement necessary changes in all areas of the communities.

As a result, Northbridge is credited with prioritizing and accelerating operational issues that were adversely affecting the equity group’s investment, allowing a nimbler and more consequential turnaround.
