Greg Anderson
Greg Anderson has nearly three decades of leadership experience in the senior living sector and is a seasoned expert proficient in a range of vital areas. These encompass asset operations, recruitment and onboarding, sales and marketing strategy formulation, training, digital lead generation, market research, and public relations. Greg is highly experienced in advising owners and operators in luxury senior living, middle-market and affordable assisted living, and memory care communities nationwide.
As Senior Vice President of Northbridge Advisory Services, Greg is known for skillfully maneuvering from vision to planning to execution to follow through with momentum, energy, and a strong problem-solving ability. He was part of the founding leadership team of Northbridge Companies and was pivotal in the start-up of Benchmark Senior Living. In 2009, he founded The Anderson Company, Inc. a senior living advisory firm where his clients yielded increased census, NOI, dramatic repositioning, and general sales performance.
As host and executive producer of a New England-based television program called The Takeaway, Greg has done episodes that range from historic preservation on Cape Cod to Assisted Living Alzheimer’s care. Earlier in his career, Greg was a professional broadcaster and worked as a news writer and producer in Boston at WBZ-TV, as well as Boston radio stations WRKO, WHDH, and WPLM. Additionally, he worked in the Seattle and Worcester radio markets and began his broadcasting career in his hometown of Hanover, NH where he hosted his first music radio program at the age of 13 and went on to interview Presidents and newsmakers through high school and while attending Emerson College in Boston. He also served as an adjunct professor at Stonehill College.
Greg is a member of the Sandwich Community Media Board of Directors on Cape Cod, was chairman of the Sandwich Historical Commission, and the Emerson College Alumni Board of Directors.
